Olive oil with a smooth and harmonious profile, with a good balance of fruity and slightly spicy aromas typical of the Ribatejo in Portugal, olives of the Galega and Cobrançosa varieties.
Olive oil extracted at controlled temperatures from olives carefully produced on the border of the Natural Park of Serras de Aire e Candeeiros, and harvested in the ideal state of maturity.
