The selection of the Galega and Cobrançosa grape varieties has been typical of the region since the 18th century, which in recent centuries has earned the distinction of the best olive oils in the world.
The olive grove is carefully monitored every year by specialized people with modern equipment, with continuous analyzes of the soil, soil and leaves of the olive trees, to ensure the highest quality of the olive.
Irrigation in each olive tree is automatically activated by a cloud-stored system that continually receives soil moisture and salinity levels through sensors distributed throughout all olive grove sectors. The monitoring and control is done on computer / smartphone with Internet access.
The pure water comes from subterranean rivers more than 160 meters deep, continuously analyzed, to guarantee the best purity of the olive.
